Hogan Durkan is a professional estate agency service located on O’Connell Street in Limerick City. Founded in 2014, Hogan Durkan specialises in a range of professional services including Residential Sales and Valuations, Lettings and Property Management as well as Commercial Sales, Acquisitions and New Home Sales. With an initial consultation, it was determined that the overall function of the website design would be for the purpose of usability, to help any clients with ease when they visit the Hogan Durkan website. With regard to functionality of the website, the property search and the property listings were of highest priority through the entirety of the project. This was to ensure that the client experience, when visiting the Hogan Durkan website, would match the same expert level of high-quality professional service clients can expect when dealing with the team in-person.

For the design, our team wanted to ensure that the website was clean and easy to use for visitors while also showcasing the high level of professionalism experienced from the Hogan Durkan team. As Hogan Durkan is a local business specialising in Limerick property management, sales and valuations, the design used high-quality imagery from professional photography of Limerick locations. Daft.ie property listings was integrated into the website build to allow ease of uploading properties for our client, whilst also keeping the property listings consistent between the client website and various property listing platforms.
